pleasant stay

friendly staff cute staff clean room hard bed noise disturbance
the location was very nice near the charles bridge. the staff was very friendly and cute. rooms were clean and well appointed. breakfast was delicious.
drunks returning from the bars made noise in the evenings. the bed felt very hard.

constant traffic noise unfilled minibar
the location was acceptable i suppose.
the room i got faced a noisy street. sleep was difficult because of the constant traffic noise. the minibar was not refilled during my entire stay, so i had no refreshments available in the room. i found this quite inconvenient.

The breakfast had lots of choices. The hotel location is walkable to attractions like the Charles Bridge. The hotel is also near shops and restaurants.
I found drunks returning from bars in the evenings. The bed felt hard.

I appreciate the location near Charles Bridge. Friendly front desk staff helped me arrange a river cruise. I was greeted with sparkling champagne, which I found very cute.
I noticed some noise from loud cleaners early mornings.
